Shipping policy

Straightforward Shipping

Hooga’s shipping policy is simple and fast.

We aim to fulfill orders within 3 hours of being placed—often sooner. Because of this speed, order changes or address updates are not guaranteed to be processed before fulfillment. Please double-check your information at checkout.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Standard shipping orders typically arrive within 2–6 business days from the time of purchase.

For Express shipping, orders placed before 12:00 PM CST will ship the same day.


International Shipping

Standard international shipping may take up to 20 business days.

We offer:

-Standard shipping via international consolidators

-Expedited shipping via UPS

-Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on actual carrier rates.

International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Accuracy & Carrier Responsibility

Hooga is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and results in a failed delivery:

-The customer is responsible for re-shipping costs

-If the order is not re-shipped, we will refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping)


Delivered but Not Received

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, we will reship the order one time.

We do not offer refunds in this situation to prevent abuse.


International Returns & Customs Fees

For returns shipped to us from outside the United States, U.S. customs may require import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.

As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. removed the de minimis exemption, meaning these charges may apply regardless of item value.

Customers are responsible for all customs-related fees

We do not reimburse these costs

Returns with unpaid customs charges may be refused or delayed
