The Hooga Red Light Therapy Pod offers full-body red and near-infrared therapy with a soft, flexible neoprene shell and embroidered Hooga logo. 

Inside, 2,680 LEDs provide high irradiance for fast, effective treatments at home. Each light bead contains three chips (2 near-infrared, 1 red) for optimal power and even coverage.

The pod includes an easy-to-use controller for adjusting brightness, treatment time, and pulse mode.

Treatment

  • Remove most or all of your clothing prior to entering the red light therapy pod as the light does not penetrate clothing.
  • Plug the light therapy controller for both the top section and bottom section of the pod into a wall outlet. Turn power button on.
  • Choose desired treatment time and brightness.
  • Start your treatment, relax, and enjoy the healing properties of the red light.
  • It is normal for the pod to warm up a little bit during your treatment due to the LEDs and your body heat.
