8 Frequency Presets — Or Set Your Own

Same digital controller and brainwave-based presets as the full-body mat:

  • Delta (0.5–4Hz) — deep rest and sleep support
  • Theta (4–8Hz) — relaxation and meditation
  • Alpha (8–13Hz) — calm focus and stress reduction
  • Beta (13–30Hz) — alertness and energy

Manual mode lets you dial in any frequency from 1–30Hz. Each PEMF session runs for 20 minutes with automatic shutoff.

Red Light Photon Cycles

The 12 built-in 660nm LEDs run on two preset cycles:

  • F01: 25 minutes on / 5 minutes off × 10 cycles
  • F02: 10 minutes on / 5 minutes off × 20 cycles

Red light at 660nm is one of the most widely studied wavelengths in photobiomodulation research. The photon function runs independently of PEMF and heat, so you can use any combination of the three.
