The Blaze Red Light Therapy Panel for Sauna brings full-body red and near-infrared therapy directly into your sauna. With 768 LEDs, four wavelengths, and a sealed IP65 housing rated to 194°F, it's engineered to survive the heat, steam, and humidity that destroy standard red light panels — and deliver clinically-relevant doses in the environment you're already using daily.
This is the larger of the two Hooga sauna panels — double the LED count and power draw of the Ember for full-body coverage in standard-size personal saunas and larger sauna installations.
Sauna-Safe by Design
Heat and humidity ruin red light panels not engineered for them. The Blaze is built sauna-first:
- IP65 sealed housing — dust-tight and protected against water jets
- Aluminum housing — no plastic to warp or off-gas
- IP65-rated internal driver — sealed power supply integrated into the panel
- 194°F (90°C) maximum operating temperature — works in both traditional and infrared saunas
- 2 internal cooling fans — active heat dissipation keeps LEDs and driver in spec

Independent Wavelength Control
Run red only (630/660 nm), near-infrared only (810/850 nm), or all four wavelengths together. Pair with brightness control, the 1–20 minute timer, and 10/40 Hz pulse modes to dial in each session — skin-focused, recovery-focused, or full-spectrum.
Where It Fits
- Standard-size personal saunas (2–4 person) — wall-mount or use with the Hooga Sauna Stand for full-body coverage
- Larger sauna installations — multiple panels can be installed in larger cabins for wider coverage
- Recovery and wellness rooms — pair with sauna sessions for combined heat + light protocols
- Commercial-style use — IP65 build and 90°C ceiling stand up to high-frequency, multi-user sessions

How to Use
- Mount the panel securely inside your sauna using the included hanging kit, or add the wall plate or wheeled base stand (sold separately).
- Route power to a properly rated outlet per local electrical code.
- Power on, set the timer (1–20 minutes), select wavelengths, adjust brightness, and optionally engage pulse mode.
- Run your sauna session as normal. The panel operates safely up to 194°F.
- Let the panel cool with the sauna before fully powering down the supply.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from a regular Hooga panel?
Standard Hooga panels are not rated for sauna use. The Blaze has a sealed IP65 housing, an aluminum body, dual cooling fans, and a 194°F operating ceiling — purpose-built to survive heat and humidity.
Will it work in a traditional sauna (high heat) and an infrared sauna?
Yes. The 194°F (90°C) ceiling covers the full range of both.
Why pick the Blaze over the Ember?
Twice the LED count (768 vs. 384) and twice the power (340W vs. 180W) for wider beam coverage and full-body sessions. The Ember is the right pick for tighter spaces or as a secondary panel.
Can multiple panels be installed in one sauna?
Yes — for larger saunas or commercial installations, multiple panels can be installed to expand coverage. Use independent power runs per panel.
Does it include a stand?
Every panel ships with mounting hardware, a hanging cable, and a hanging pulley. The wall plate and the wheeled base stand are sold separately — email contact@hoogahealth.com to order either.
What's the warranty?
Hooga panels carry a 3-year warranty. Contact us for sauna-specific installation guidance.
Can I leave it inside the sauna full-time?
Yes — the IP65 rating and 90°C operating spec are designed for permanent installation. Route power connections per local electrical code.
