Full-Body Sessions The 35.8" panel covers a standing adult from head to hip in one position — reposition once for legs, or stand back for whole-body coverage at once. Upgrading From a Half-Body Panel Customers often step up to the HG1000 from an HG500 when they want to cover more area per session without repositioning the panel repeatedly. Skin, Muscle, and Recovery Routines The 660 nm red and 850 nm near-infrared wavelengths are the same used across Hooga's larger panels, so the HG1000 supports the same routines — skin-focused work up close, deeper recovery work at 6-12" away. Hanging Setups The included door mount and hanging kit make it easy to hang from most doors, and the built-in carrying handle helps with moving the panel between rooms. Time-Efficient Daily Sessions Because the HG1000 covers a large area at once, most customers can finish a whole-body session in under 15 minutes. Surface treatments (skin, face, wrinkles, scars): treat from about 18" away for 3-5 minutes per area.

Deeper treatments (muscles, joints, recovery): treat from 6-12" away for 10-15 minutes per area.

Wavelengths: 660 nm red penetrates skin; 850 nm near-infrared reaches deeper tissues. Use both together for most treatments; use the red-only switch if you have melasma.

Frequency: 3-5 sessions per week is a good starting point. Daily is fine — do not exceed 2 sessions per day (space morning and evening).

Eye protection: Not required. Do not stare directly at the LEDs; if uncomfortable, close your eyes or use the included eye protection.
