1. Cleanse first — remove makeup and cosmetics that could block or reflect light. Skincare products are best applied after your session, not before.
2. Attach the straps — feed the facial straps through the inlet holes on the sides of the mask; secure the velcro behind your head.
3. Position the mask — place the mask over your face with the LEDs facing your skin. Align the eye, nose, and lip cutouts. Adjust the strap for a snug but comfortable fit.
4. Turn it on — press and hold the controller's power button for 3 seconds. The mask powers on and defaults to the last-used settings.
5. Pick your session — cycle timer with 5/10/15/20 min presses, brightness with the brightness button, and pulse frequency (or continuous) with the pulse button.
6. Relax — the timer auto-shuts off the session. Follow with your usual serums and moisturizer.

Typical use: 5-20 minutes, 3-5 times per week. Consistency over weeks matters more than any single session length. Discontinue if you experience irritation and consult a healthcare professional.
