PEMF uses a pulsed magnetic field. Far-infrared heat provides adjustable warmth. Each function has its own controls.

Select one of eight preset programs, or choose a manual frequency from 1–30 Hz. The Chair Mat’s specified overall PEMF range is 1–50 Hz.
Program guidance: Follow the manual’s preset and manual-mode instructions. Their cycle guide describes 20-minute PEMF periods separated by 40-minute rests.

Keep control of comfort.
Adjust heat from 86°F to 158°F, with a separate timer from one to 12 hours. Start at a low temperature and increase only as comfortable.
Good to know: The heat timer is separate from PEMF timing. A pause in PEMF does not mean the heat has switched off.

Check the fit
Choose a stable chair that supports the mat’s 39 × 19.5-inch dimensions. Keep the mat and controller dry, and route the cable where it will not be pinched or tripped over.

Connect, then select
Connect the controller to the mat before connecting power to a compatible outlet. Choose a PEMF preset or manual frequency, and set heat separately if you want it.

Start gently
Begin with a shorter session and low heat. Follow the manual, check your comfort, and stop if you experience discomfort or unusual symptoms.

Cool, then store
Turn off the mat and unplug it when finished. Let it cool completely before folding and placing it in the carrying bag.

Does the Chair Mat include red light therapy?
No. The Chair Mat combines PEMF and far-infrared heat, without red-light LEDs. The separate full-body Red Light PEMF Mat includes integrated red and near-infrared light.
Will it fit my chair?
The mat measures 39 × 19.5 inches laid flat. Measure the seat and back of your chair before buying, and choose a stable setup that supports the mat securely. Chair shapes vary, so do not assume every chair will be a good fit.
Can I use PEMF without heat?
Yes. PEMF and heat are independently controlled. You can use either function alone or both together.
What are the frequency settings?
The Chair Mat has eight preset programs and manual frequency selection from 1–30 Hz. Its specified overall PEMF range is 1–50 Hz.
Does heat stop when PEMF pauses?
Not necessarily. Heat has its own timer, adjustable from one to 12 hours. Check the heat settings separately, and turn off and unplug the mat when you finish your session.
Is it cordless or compatible with 220–240V?
It is not cordless. It requires a power connection rated for 100–120V AC, 60Hz. Do not connect this model directly to a 220–240V outlet.
How heavy is it, and can I store it folded?
The Chair Mat weighs 11 pounds and comes with a carrying bag. Switch it off, unplug it, and let it cool completely before folding it for storage in a cool, dry place.
What warranty is included?
