The mat ships with 14 preset programs grouped by purpose — Energize (Beta/Gamma), Focus & Reset, Relax (Alpha), Sleep (Delta), Grounding (7.83 Hz Schumann), and Meditation (Theta). Most people start with Grounding (P1) or Sleep (P14 runs 7 hours) and explore from there. If you want a specific frequency, use manual mode to dial in any value from 0.9–100 Hz.
How long is a red-light session?
