Understand the settings, not the jargon.
PEMF uses a pulsed magnetic field. Infrared heat provides warmth. They are separate functions, and neither requires the other to be switched on.
Choose a preset.
Or set your frequency.
Start with one of eight preset programs, or choose a manual frequency from 1–30 Hz. The mat’s specified overall PEMF range is 1–50 Hz.
Timing: PEMF runs for 20 minutes, then pauses for 40 minutes before repeating. The manual describes five cycles.
Adjust the warmth.
Keep control of comfort.
The controller lets you set heat from 86°F to 158°F, with a separate heat timer. Start at a lower temperature and increase only as comfortable.
Good to know: Heat and PEMF have separate timing. A PEMF pause does not mean the heat has turned off.

Does this mat include red light therapy?
No. This model combines PEMF and far-infrared heat. The separate Red Light PEMF Mat adds red and near-infrared LEDs.
Can I use PEMF and heat separately?
Yes. The controller has independent controls for the two functions, so you can use PEMF alone, heat alone, or both together.
What’s the difference between the frequency ranges?
The mat’s overall specified PEMF range is 1–50 Hz. Manual mode allows you to select a frequency from 1–30 Hz; the eight preset programs provide programmed frequency settings. A frequency setting is not a guarantee of a particular health outcome.
Does PEMF stop after 20 minutes?
It pauses. The manual describes 20 minutes on followed by 40 minutes off, repeating for five cycles. The heat operates on its own timer, so it can remain on during the PEMF pause. Turn off and unplug the mat when you finish.
How large and portable is it?
The mat measures 73 × 29 inches and weighs 24 pounds. It folds in half and includes a carrying bag. It is movable, but not a lightweight travel mat. Let it cool fully before folding.
What are the warranty and return terms?
